All of our bracelets are handmade using the finest quality Swarovski crystals, sterling silver and gold-filled findings. Our bracelets come with a stainless steel medical identification tag with one of the medical conditions listed below already inscribed. The interchangeable bracelets attaches by lobster claw clasp to the medical identification tag. It's easy to change the look and color of your bracelet by simply unhooking the tag and attach a different bracelet

When ordering, please specify bracelet size and if you are ordering the bracelet with a medical tag please specify condition. We only carry medical tags with the following conditions: Diabetes, Allergic to Penicillin, Drug Allergies, Epilepsy, Heart Patient, I Take Coumadin,  See wallet card, and Blank, which can be sent back to the company for special engraving if needed.
